Support for Every Step of Recovery
We offer a range of outpatient treatment options to help you succeed. These include:
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP is most effective when it’s in-person, which is why we conveniently offer both morning or evening options to support your first five months of recovery:
- Traditional IOP — Mon, Tues, Thurs 10 a.m. – noon (24 sessions)
- Women’s IOP — Mon, Weds, Fri 9 a.m. – noon (24 sessions)
- Evening IOP — Mon, Tues, Thurs 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (24 sessions)
What Does Our Programming Include?
We use several evidence-based treatments to structure care, which can include:
- Understanding Thoughts, Triggers & Actions (cognitive behavioral therapy) — Through supportive group sessions and guided conversations, learn healthier ways to respond to stress, anxiety, cravings and everyday challenges while building positive habits that support long-term wellness.
- Learning Healthier Ways to Cope (dialectical behavioral therapy) — Life can feel overwhelming during recovery. We help you develop practical tools to manage emotions, navigate difficult situations and handle stress in healthier ways, without turning to substances. Gain coping skills to use in everyday life, relationships and moments of struggle.
- Building Confidence & Motivation (motivational interviewing) — Everyone’s journey is different. We meet you where you are by listening and asking questions to help you explore your goals and concerns, with compassion and without judgment. This process helps build motivation and confidence in taking the next steps forward.
- Continuing Support after IOP (aftercare) — We believe that the most effective treatment often includes continued group/peer support. In aftercare, we emphasize moving forward with relapse prevention skills, avoiding complacency in the recovery process and life skills. Aftercare supports your next three months of recovery in one group per week for a total of 12 sessions with three different opportunities offered:
- Traditional Aftercare — Wednesday 10 a.m. – noon (12 sessions)
- Women’s Aftercare — Tuesday 10 a.m. – noon (12 sessions)
- Evening Aftercare — Tuesday 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. (12 sessions)
- Providing Withdrawal Medication Management (MAT: medication assisted treatment) — MAT offers a safe medication management plan to help ease your physical cravings so that you can focus on recovery.
